Drastic difference in high speed oil consumption

I just got a custom catch can for my N55, but it is machined and won't easily fit in the space where these lines run. Maybe I can fabricate something from home depot...

I never have an issue for it to see redline, so pretty rarely. But when its fully hot and Im out on the highway, it will see WOT and 5-6k RPM.
