If you have ever been thru a divorce there is plenty of he said and she said and most of the time , you only here from one side of the fence. Divorces and kids and so on never work out like you think and his or her problems will not go away just because some board of people are going to in some magic way fix their lives.
Most likely they had quit talking to each a long time ago and in their minds went their separate ways long before they wasted all this time on lawyers and panels. If one would spend time in conversation before they waste their hard earned money with strangers , Marriages may start to work again.
It took me 2 times to get it, and you never get what you think your going to get in court. If you do get what you want, then comes the after shocks and so on with kids and mommy or daddy not showing up..........they got a lot, I mean a lot of unforeseen
things are going to start happening that both of them will have no clue as to how that or this happened..You may say I nuts, wait and see, but I don't think he will keep posting because it is just now starting to get complicated They and many of us that went thru divorce really just open Satans Door. Wait and see, it is no fun.

P S I most likely will not remarry, 2 times is enough. If you guys or gals are thinking about divorce,,please go see a counselor asap before you stop talking or you are not going to make it.imho

Which is why I negotiated and settled our differences and agreed to disagree on many other matters. I do not need an impartial bench telling me how much time I can spend with my kids or how much money I need to spend on them.

The intentions were clear, yes (To leave him, Duh!)- but that still doesn't explain the REASON, right? The REASON(s), which we still don't know, resulted in the intention to leave him- so yeah they DO matter, IMO.
I just find it very curious that the OP clearly avoids/neglects WHY she decided to leave, while gathering sympathy, support, prayers etc, etc for the court process.

If any of you get a chance,,look up the book,,"Shadow Boxing" which has a lot to do with the things you can't see or figure out. I think they may still have it on Amazon. A good read, try it. It is written by Dr. Henry Malone................
