Disappointment Acura ZDX

I was behind Acura ZDX (EV) and thought just a wide but not tall CUV. It reminded me of BMW from afar. Nothing exciting or great looking however nothing about it looks EV however the look is bland. Not sure who will buy it.

On a side note the original ZDX from 2011ish looks like a cyber truck (also sited today).

The only vehicle Acura has going for it is Acura RDX.

I just saw on Leasehackr that there are some pretty crazy deals on 2024 ZDX for Texas residents, there are sales tax credits from the manufacturer which for TX residents wanting to lease a vehicle is a game changer. As you may or may not know, when you lease in Texas, you are charged the entire value of the vehicle in sales taxes, well technically the lease holder (lessee) is, but this is passed on to the buyer in almost all circumstances. Worse, the dealer gets some of that refunded when the car is turned back in, but this is not given to the buyer. I'm sure the dealers love it.

Here is my picked up last Saturday.
The car is great really enjoying it. It replaced a f15 x5 with 143k miles.
Quiet fast with good tech.

There are 70 of these on Carmax with less than 5000 miles. Something is up with that.

The MDX is awesome and the TLX Type S is a cool alternative to the German options.
