I was behind Acura ZDX (EV) and thought just a wide but not tall CUV. It reminded me of BMW from afar. Nothing exciting or great looking however nothing about it looks EV however the look is bland. Not sure who will buy it.

On a side note the original ZDX from 2011ish looks like a cyber truck (also sited today).

The only vehicle Acura has going for it is Acura RDX.

Acura at one time made really good cars. The Legend, and the Integra. But this is going back 35 years.

My mom has a 2006 TSX, which maybe was decent too, but it lacks torque. They do go 500k miles which is something. You can always tell the decent cars from that era. They came standard with xenon headlamps.

All CUVs have the same shape, EV or ICE or hybrid drive: the box in the same no matter who manufactured it.

Talk about consistency between generations. The ZDX has always been a dud. In its best year it sold 3250 units in the US and over the course of its entire existence from 2009 to 2014 it only sold 6100 units. Does someone lose their job after they spend all that money for a vehicle that sold 6100 units over 5 years?

Should have included a viewer warning in your post. That is one ugleee machine.

The original honestly was ahead of its time. Many luxury makers are building those SUV coupe type things like MB and BMW somewhat and they actually sell around here.

There are 70 of these on Carmax with less than 5000 miles. Something is up with that.

People were flipping them because of massive rebates. I did it on 3 wranglers 4xe in 2023
