I did a deep-dive into Triax and their ownership structure a while back but it was a bit too spicy for the forum (and probably a bit invasive if I'm being honest, but all that information is out there to find) so it was removed.

Their API products are cookie cutter white bottle specials, which wouldn't be a problem if their advertising and hype weren't next-level nuts.

Thank God that there are so many other high quality options out there.

Triax? Stay away. I had a somewhat poor experience with them. Ordered a product, they sent something else, I contacted them and complained as the replacement did not meet the specification I required. They told me to use it anyway. I said no. I requested a refund and they were not happy. Insisted I ship it back first. Okay, I need a UPS authorization from you. They eventually provided it, I shipped it back and after a few weeks they credited me. Too much hassle.
