It's time to talk about wrist watches again. Any watch, it doesn't matter what your liking is. It's all good!
This is another one of my favorite subject/hobbies.

What are you wearing today? My newest watch is a Citizen Avion Flieger. It's my first Eco-Drive watch.
Got it cheap from JomaShop.

Actually, I got it 3 years ago but, I haven't purchased another watch since...YET!

SS Submariner datejust, 2000 model 16610. I've worn it every day for 21 years now, only take it off when I'm on the jetski or something similar where there is a change it could take a swim and me not be able to find it.

I really want a Weiss watch. Doesn’t have the prestige of something like an Omega, Breitling, Rolex or anything else but I love the relatively simple look of them. And Cameron Weiss just seems to have this incredible passion for the watches he makes… I just love the intricate engineering and manufacturing behind mechanical watches.

I’ll join in with my modest collection.

I wear my Apple Watch most days. I get my text messages and Teams messages from work on it, so that’s why.

But, I will occasionally wear my Hamilton Ventura reissue (quartz) because I always thought they were cool (Elvis Presley wore an original, as did Rod Serling)… 😎

But my nice watch is my automatic Rolex AirKing. It’s a smaller sized case (but not too tiny), and fits my wrist without looking like I stole my kitchen clock and strapped it on.. 😁

I also have a super cheap quartz Invicta knock off that, believe it or not, draws more attention than any of my way nicer watches. I have it for when I’m out picking up stuff and don’t care if it gets hit or scuffed. It figures that it still holds up and runs perfectly for a $40 watch…

I’d like to get either a Victorinox or Hamilton field watch because I, too, like the simple design and look. But I’ll give away my cheaper watches first. My Rolex is my first one and it will be a while before I upgrade it.

I totally agree, the Air King is a classic reference that has a well deserved place in any Rolex collection 👍
