Just replaced the Brake Pads and the caliper started leaking fluid. Would it be alright to use them if I spray them down good with Brake Cleaner?

This isn't Tweeter, you are not limited to character count. I'm trying to figure how a calliper leaked and fluid got on to brake pads. Was this a repair you were doing and something happened or did you open it up and see that the calliper was leaking and brake fluid soaked the brake pads.
If your replacing a leaking calliper and the pads are soaked or close, replace the pads with the calliper. If you are installing all new and brake fluid splashed the pads, (and I can't see how that happens) I'd clean them depending on (1.)if it was my car and (2.)I was the only driver, (3.)the pads were not overly cheap. My Neon pads were sometime cheaper than brake cleaner, almost. So it depends on the rest of the story

Good new is that if the pads are new and you cleaned them up your pads are probably fine. Bad news that brake fluid on the pads is toast

The problem used to be that pads soaked with brake fluid became grabby. And grabby is not a good thing for brakes.

But that may not be true for modern brake fluid, or for disc brakes, or for small amounts of brake fluid. If you're going to try cleaning and using them, I'd test them very thoroughly before going out in traffic.

If this makes the pads on one side work differently than the pads on the other side I'd check to see which way your car turns when you step on the brakes.

If it didn't have time to soak in, and you cleaned them, they are probably ok.

But pads for you guys in the States are so cheap I'd just get another set.

If they were wet with fluid for a week or so, I'd say scrap them.

But in a situation where fluid came into contact with them and you cleaned them with brake cleaner immediately I'd say they are ok.

Grabby brakes is the indication they are destroyed from the fluid, don't use them.

MTB guys will grill pads long enough for the fluid to burn off. That's not a mountain bike, get new pads if you are really concerned

Brake clean them.

+1. If they were organic shoes then they are going to absorb it. Semi-metallic or ceramic pads are going to be fine.

Unless you somehow found organic pads...
