Who cares? Boston was over-produced, over-played, and not even all that original. Todd Rundgren had already done the "one guy does everything" album. And he's still going. I'm going to a show in April.
But I'm thankful for bands like Boston. They made the birth of punk necessary.
It's too bad your infirmities limit you to boring music. The birth of "punk" was a necessary reaction to bands like Boston in the same way my bowels have a necessary reaction when I eat too much kimchi ... and the product of both of those necessary reactions is about the same!!!
OK so I cheated, it's about 60 seconds but this one's a favorite:
Remember Walking in the Sand, by Jeff Beck, with Imelda May
The Shangri Las. Lead singer Mary Weiss recently died.I only know that one as done by Aerosmith. Who was the original?
it's fine. some people like blue cheese. i dont personally trust them or accept their right to free speech, but i have no immediate plans to do anything about that! It's too bad your infirmities limit you to boring music.
