This video is about an unusual sound at startup, after you get past his talking about his car buying service (AU). The video is long, but he does a great summary starting at about 23:35 on taking available data and assembling a "jigsaw of observations" in your head, then formulating a theory/hypothesis. His suggestion is to ask yourself "What if I'm wrong?", that maybe the sound has always been there, or it always shifted that way, and you just noticed it. Run the data by someone with much more experience.
I suggest this is what happens throughout each day on this forum, whether it be UOAs or any other form of "data". We post our version of "data" and more experienced members look at those threads and provide their viewpoints based on their training/education and experience.
Clickbait title, as most are. I love his shirt.
