I definitely am not. I rarely ever purchase a lotto ticket and have only went to a casino a couple times taking only 50.00 with me each time. I hate losing money!

Are you? If so what kind are you? Ever hit it big?

The wife and I play the lottery and scratch offs couple times a week.
We live 20 minutes from the casinos in Blackhawk and Central City in Colorado.
We go to the casinos 4 or 5 times a year and lose about $500 to $1000,seldom come home winners.
Biggest win on the lottery was last week $500.

Not into gambling, but wife likes to go the casinos for dinner, Fri. night seafood, purchase a scratch-off ticket every once in a while. :D

Never bet the favorite it's a suckers bet. In horse racing they only win 35% of the time so if u must be a sucker at least bet them to place or show and increase your odds of winning.

Football it's around 50% so gona lose again cause of the vig. I always take points with the underdog and increase my odds of winning to 75%.

And never play casino games cause it's all luck unless you can count cards

I'm very light into the sports books. I've never deposited on them and have withdrew a couple of times. Still do a lot of low stakes DFS. Football is the easiest to make money at - and I do. I play such low stakes my biggest winner was only like $250 or something.

I love slot machines, the bigger the better with flashing lights and sound effects.
I know I'm taking the worst of it,but so what.
Last time at a casino a lady next to me hit a progressive jackpot on her 4th push,$21K and some change.

Just spent a few days n Las Vegas for the WSOP. Not really a gambler but more of a journeyman in terms of a targeted application of probabilities.

Nope. Took a trip to Vegas a few years ago with my (now) wife and fed a few bucks into a slot machine since I was there. I had more fun wandering around Fremont Street.

My mom likes to go to the casino once in a while. She goes in with a set amount of cash and when it's gone it's gone. Can't really argue with that mindset as long as it's viewed as entertainment and she doesn't start trying to recover losses by dumping more money in.

I was an Andy frain usher as a teen...Chicago area residents will know who they were LOL...and I used to work at the maywood race track and learned how to gamble watching the compulsive degenerate gamblers bet on the trotters at the track. Back in the 80s horses were the only legal form of gambling..there weren't casinos on every street corner yet. People make a living betting on sports..I've never had a losing season betting football. Only times I've been to a casino was to pig out on the all you can eat crab buffets and never gave a nickel to the place gambling

The wife and I gamble a bit. We were in Vegas two weeks ago for 8 nights and spend most Saturdays in a local casino. We play slots and video poker mostly. We inadvertently joined a MLB HOFer's son's wedding rehearsal after party in Vegas. Didn't even recognize him until someone pointed him out to us. Very nice young man and family. We've been to Vegas over 40 times and while we like the Strip, we tend to spend more time at the locals casinos off the Strip now.

We've hit a couple hand-pays this year just over the $1200 threshold.

I gamble more aggressively in the stock market than I do in the casinos.

We swung past the WSOP at Paris and it was disappointing compared to several years ago at Rio.

I have a fractional ownership interest in several race horses but that is such a losing proposition it's just for fun with no real thought of winning money.

I've been to Vegas a couple of times. I don't gamble. Not even a dollar. I've watched others, but zero desire, work hard for my money, no going to gamble any of it.
I have no problem with those that do and enjoy it. It's just not for me.

I found it's faster to just throw my money in the trash, so I do that instead of gambling. I'm probably ahead after all these years!
Years ago in New Orleans my wife wanted to go to Harrah's and play the slots. I told her that we had something like the slot machines in the bathroom at the hotel. You put your money in it, pull the handle-and it's gone.

Video poker, poker, and sports betting is the only place I've made money in vegas. Everything else, I only play in small amounts while drinking for entertainment. Its all for fun while im there, I don't go to any casinos at home or use sports betting apps and never will. It can be an addiction, I've seen people piss away hundreds of thousands on online sports betting.

Not really. I’ve been to the casinos maybe 5 times. Have probably fed in $300 total, once won about $100.

Don’t care for scratch tickets, maybe bought them 2-3 times. Also bought the Powerball when it was super high.
