I just got one from Amazon. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen a black Fram G3802A fuel filter. Says made in Mexico. For the past how many decades changing fuel filters they’ve always been silver. I’ve heard of counterfeit spark plugs on Amazon and eBay. This makes me wonder.

I know to stay away from the cheap orange oil filters, but I’ve never had a problem with their fuel filters. This black one I just got from Amazon just doesn’t seem right. Even the box is all beat up looking and kinda thin/faded looking print on it. Doesn’t seem like a genuine box.
