okay, hre it goes. i only did 4K miles this interval rather than the recommended 6K odd mile from blackstone labs on my last sample. reason i did this was to try and give some sort of comparison (although i admit very little) between the two samples. however, even though both samples have the same mileage,the latter was pushed harder due to more idling time and full throttle acceleration to get on interstates and lots of 90 mph cruising speeds.
I must say that I used a genuine VW Langzeit filter (long-life) and the last sample i used a supertech filter for the first 2K miles and a purolator pure one the last 2K miles. I say this because it seems as though the filters did well. anyways, here it is.....
