I would choose the 6 speed manual.

Standard H-pattern 6 speed like a Lamborghini Murcielago?

My 2018 Elantra is a stick and would use the same manual transmission and shift pattern I would assume.
You pull up on the shifter collar, left and up for reverse. On my my wife Audi which is a stick you push down on the shifter, go left and than up for reverse.

My VW and BMW were like that. Down, left and up is reverse.
