2007 Hemi Ram with 182,000 miles what oil?

Maxlife 5W-20 would be a great oil to run as well. It would do 6k OCI's easily - very stout oil.

Why costly synthetic for 6k OCI with 100 miles round trips ? Any 5W20 brand name dino on sale is more than good enough for his usage. For regular price, I would go with Maxlife semi-syn 5W20 as mentioned by addyguy. I would extend OCI to 10-12k miles with syn oil and the preferred grade would be 0W20.

Heck try some Amsoil syn 20wt at 10,000 mile intervals with the highways miles and check the oil consumption .With the miles on it the engine should be in good shape.
