2001 Buick 20-year old spare tire... Hard to find!

I can get 15" wheels from a newer Cavalier, plenty of those available for about $25 to $35 each on car-part.com. Bolt pattern is the same but the offset is 5MM higher, not sure if that really matters.
But the size common 15” rubber won’t fit inside your wheelwells

A 165/65r14 actually is very similar outer diameter to the original tires.

but there's not a lot available in that size... GF 's '14 Mirage just blew out a tire on her way home from work yesterday(maybe she just had a flat when she came out to her car..i didn't notice anything when i parked next to her....) and that's the OE size.
Discount lists exactly 4 options in that size.
Khumo Solus TA31 $68/ea
Falken Sincera SN250A A/S $82/ea
Nokian Nordman 7(Winter tire) $94/ea
Dunlop Ensave(The Mirage OE Tire) for $187/ea

When I asked about the blown tire "Hopefully it's patchable?" she said it was from a crack/split in the sidewall... she got home safely on the Donut, will hit Discount on Friday (right in front of where we work, that's the next time she's working... lives 45 min away)

The spare in my 1999 Taurus looked like that. Maxxis tire made in China I believe. Just picked up this one from from a 1998 in the junkyard yesterday for $20. Uniroyal. Not worried about the age.
