There is not a word on break-in, first oil change, special oil, oil change interval.

Yes there is mention.
Page 488 of the manual. States OLM at 15% "Oil is approaching end of its service life"
No need to tell consumer about a special break in oil if owners follow the OLM.

Considering I've owned a new Honda every year since 2010, I'll chime in. Beginning in MY2014, Honda has removed the language from the owners manual in regards to waiting until the first scheduled maintenance interval for an oil change.
From a practical standpoint, you aren't wrong either way, but I'd wager you will never be able to quantitatively justify this in engine longevity nowadays. Save your money and worry about something.
