0W-30 Full Syn API SN+/ILSAC GF-6A Recommendations

Hi everyone,

I have a 2023 Hyundai Kona N which has a 2.0 T-GDI engine which requires 0w-30 that has the API SN+ and ILSAC GF-6A certification.

I'm coming up on my first oil change and looking for a recommendation on which 0w-30 to use which meets those requirements!

Mobil 1 0w-30 AFE, cheapest and easiest to obtain
Amsoil 0w-30 Signature Series
HPL 0w-30 PCMO
maybe Ravenol 0w-30
maybe Redline 0w-30

not sure if they meet all of the specs., but this is where I would researching

M1 0w30 is probably the most easily-available 0w30

And for what it's worth the engine does not require a specific winter rating other than how it relates to the expected starting temperature.

This is a question for my curiosity the 2021 Santa Fe with 2.5 turbo are built in Alabama. The manual that came with the car recommends Quaker State but to my knowledge QS doesn't make a 0W 30 in the U S. So what kind of oil did this car leave the Alabama plant with?

Why Should Hyundai Care As Long As 20 / 30 Weight Used ?
