    2005 2.7L Sebring

Yes but the engine kinda sits up under the firewall making one side dang near impossible to reach.

    2005 2.7L Sebring

Unfortunately the Sebring's 2.7L is mounted horizontally, so changing plugs in it is a PITA. Wish it were mounted normally

    2005 2.7L Sebring

I just bought a 2005 Sebring . I know the 1998-2002 models are known sludgers and have self destructed on occasion. I just picked up this 2005 with 30,000 miles on her.My questions to those in the know are: Didn't chrysler eliminate the sludging problem after 2002? If so how? Can I still use a...

Anyone Change Oil "Early" Because it Felt Right ??

I know I don't have a chance at making it past 4,000 miles. That's why I don't let myself spend more than $1.50 on oil. I've found it just as rewarding as changing my oil to find a case of Havoline, Pennzoil or QS for less than 2 dollars a quart. I also tell myself my 4.0L engine would rather...

Real World Price of Havoline "Deposit Shield".

AAP down here has Deposit Shield for $2.79 a quart or $18.60 for a case. I bet they haven't changed the price tag for the cases yet because that means a case is $1.55 a quart. Hmmm, I think I'm gonna have to go burst their bubble tomorrow when they try to charge me $30... haha

    Havoline Sae 30

Right now I am using 10w-30. I also have 12 more quarts Hav 10w-30 and 6 5w-30. But for summer only applications I figured straight 30 would be great here in the sunshine state. If anything I could get to blending some 30 w/ 10w-30.

    Havoline Sae 30

I haven't seen this anywhere by me except at Fred's. They have SL Sae 30wt for $1.54 a quart. Just wanted to compare prices before going and buying a dozen or so quarts for my 4.0L Wrangler. If it's not that great of a price then I'll pass.

    About oil wt choice?

coolman, the 10w-40 won't really hurt a bit. I would only use it during the summer here though. Since you know what I mean when I say mild winter, I would say a 5w-xx isn't really necessary. It's over 75 degrees here today.

Is Everyone Happy with Redline Differential Fluid

The amount of metal in your diff was normal for the first gear oil change. You have to brake in the gears somehow.
