A local retailer in my area has lowered the price of the
old Havoline to $1.27 a quart. Which is the lowest that i've seen.
I'm sure that some here have seen lower, and some have
seen it higher. All things considered, I picked up a
case of the 5-30. I can live with a buck 27 a quart
on such a good dino.
I envy you guys, Chevron corporate is in San Ramon and I live 5 miles from there in Pleasanton, and Chevron has whole bunch of Chevron refiners in Martinez, sucks I have to pay so much when you guys pay so much less!!!

Last evening I had to turn down the $1.55 (AAP) Havolive I found. It was just too darn expensive for me to "pony up." I'm hoping it will drop more before the DS hits the shelves. FWIW, the counter monkeys had no idea was I was talking about when I mentioned the new DS formula... :shaking:
Chevron Supreme is 0.59 a qt here in the bay area. The key is to check out kragen's ad online on a regular basis. About once a month they have them for 59 c after rebate, maximum 2 cases per rebate.
