Is there a tire dressing out there that does not brown the tires and lasts long?

I've been using Valvoline Restore and Protect for years as it's cheap and it gives a rich deep look. I like this type of look, however, it can't last more than a week.

Here are a few previous threads which may help to answer your question:

Some of the above search results are over ten years old and the chemistry of car products has changed dramatically.
I am currently using Pan the organizer “Clean Tire Protectant”. It is easy to apply and is a more black matte finish and has zero sling issues. My experience is it works well for close to two months in my use case and driving environment. Washing with car soap doesn’t wash it off and I’m pretty happy with the results.

Exactly.

I'd recommend CapPro Darkside. It's a sealant so it'll last a lot longer, but you really need to start with a clean tire.

Not all of them. The second one is very recent. Actually there are some other more recent ones but I tried to pick ones that seemed to have some sort of technical response rather than "it's great!"

Most of them also discuss the need for such treatments, and I think that may be relevant as well.

OP, a long lasting tire dressing will have to be a solvent based dressing and not a water based dressing (like your Valvoline Restore and Protect). The pros is that it will last MUCH longer and it's shiny (if that's your thing, I personally like both shiny and matte) and water resistant. The con is that it's incredibly "sticky" and very hard to get off if you want to put a fresh coating on. I'm talking about multiple passes with a cleaner and a stiff tire brush to get every last bit off. This can be good or bad because if it's your daily driver, it will look great for much longer even through rain and whatever the elements throw at you.

I'm currently using a water based dressing like the Valvoline Restore and Protect since I wash my car more than the average person.

However, I've tried them all. Water based, solvent based, fancy boutique brands from the internet (AMMO, Gyeon, CarPro Darkside, coatings, etc)... I personally detail my mom's car and she likes her tires looking shiny and dark and I needed something that lasted for a while since she loves the look and doesn't want it to look faded after a week because she drives it everyday.

Well, shockingly this is what worked for me and it's not the brand I thought it would be lol:

This crap is absolutely a pain in the rear to get off to do a brand new layer for a wash but it lasts an insane amount of time. Yes I know, it's Black Magic but whatever they put in this stuff is incredibly durable and when it "wears" off -- it just shows a nice dark matte new looking tire. I bought this at Ollie's for $5 and I was shocked so I bought 2 more to keep. I'm contemplating on using it for my car as well but only for the winter. Keep this is a secret though because they discontinued this specific formula and replaced it with a weaker less lasting version. The photo above is what you want trust me.

I've read the second thread already. Nothing sparks interest.

I've decided to stick with water based dressing after all.

my approach is the opposite. I'm not looking for something that lasts forever but something that is easy to apply. I use meguired hot shine spray foam make a round cardboard disk that covers the rims and blast away. really easy and looks good for a week or two then gradually turns dry looking. Lasts more or less time depending on if its rain or dusty.

I use Newman's Own Zesty Italian Salad Dressing on my tires. The oil-based formula creates a beautiful shine that lasts much longer than any other products that I have tested. It's good on salads, too.

Silly me. I went and bought this product based on this post. But somehow I didn’t read the label right. In the exact same bottle, you can buy their “interior detailer” with the same “graphene” claim.

Works great on tires. It’s holding up at least as well as Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care, actually better in the rain, which has been my favorite for a while. Kinda funny. As in, it’s working really well and better than several other tire products I’ve used in the past.
