It's experience-based opinion.This is strictly an opinion that's all
You mean anecdotal.It's experience-based opinion.
No, my own experience. You mean anecdotal.
Such bs.Some very poor advice and suggestions in this thread, that's for sure.
I use joint supplements,fish oil,stim-free pre-work out,liver supplements most of the time.
Food-wise concentrate on the lean meats and stay far away from sugars.
We could line up and list experts after experts Including doctors to say it just an opinion or flat out not true. It's experience-based opinion.
That program that has been laughed at and debunked over and over give me a break.Such bs.
You are telling the world to eat meat when people are becoming vegetarian or vegan? Even Arnold Schwarzenegger is mostly a vegan now, and if you follow him, you will see he keeps stating that eating meat to get strong was shown to be a myth, as they didn't know better at the time.

And your point?? Isn't the nutrition/supplement business mostly opinion as the doctors and experts don't agree with each other and the so-called facts change every year? The whole point of these threads is to ask about people's personal experiences. If that's not what you want, don't come here at all. There is something called Google, which you can use to search for papers or "expert" opinions on the subject. We could line up and list experts after experts Including doctors to say it just an opinion or flat out not true.

Are you serious?? Top-tier bodybuilding competitors thrive on steroids. They can get ripped by lifting 5 lb dumbbells and pretty much anything they eat. Even women can bulk up 250 lb of lean body mass. How does that apply to you again? You are following the wrong people.Sorry your not providing anything to provide evidence of that at all.Not only lack of evidence but the top tier bodybuilding competitors are not vegans. Your obviously clueless about the bodybuilding competitors and nutrition.

Half?? Really. See the pics of those guys after they've stopped taking steroids and decide for yourself. It's more like 80–90% in their case. You obviously don't have a clue.Drugs are only half of the entire process. Training and diet are most important sorry.

Of course, training and diet are crucial, too, and one would be a fool to dispute that, but you made some unsubstantiated claims, which were false. You don't need meat, liver, stew, whatever, etc. to get big. There are many dieting options out there.
So, per yourself, the other things are:You stop training, they no longer need to take steroids and other things that are currently used which you know nothing about obviously.
Stick with what you know because your abit behind the entire process.
