Which is better: ACEA A1/B1-02 or ACEA A3/B3/B4-98 or ACEA A3-02

The reason I ask is bcos I noticed a new oil available at our caltex stations, Havoline Energy Synthetic 5w30 which is API SL, ACEA A1/B1-02. It was the same price as the older Havoline Fully Synthetic 5w40.
