I want to guess that 10w30 would but that’s just me.

Any grade with a narrow spread is more likely to have a low NOACK.
It's more complicated than that. Not all Redline HP 5w30 is 6. But don't count on all 5w30's being this low,. It's dependant on the oil itself.
Amsoil's ATM (10w-30) is 4.1 FWIW.

In general, viscosity is inversely proportional to Noack.

Exactly, but it in no way guarantees it. All of the Euro 0W-40 and 0W-30's have Noack's below 10% and many of them, like M1 0W-40, are quite a ways below that at 8.8%. In comparison, many of the ILSAC 5W-30's are above 10%.
Yeah and the Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 and 0w30 and 0w40 all would be less than 10 percent too as they meet very tough specs like MB 229.5 and Porsche C30 and A40.
My opinion only but Mobil 1 ESPs and 0w40 are just one step below HPL and Redline… Those oils are outstandingly well made.
