whats the verdict on valvoline synpower?

5w30 is fine for an accord. if you are under warranty i would use the w20 just in case.. if not, then 5w30 and even 10w30 is fine. since you live in fla all of the above will work fine.

Can you copy & paste that email here? I'm interested in whetehr all viscosities are the same Groups-mix.... plus interested in a name on the bottom of that email.

Without a tech's name, I am leery about the content's truthfullness.

My engine loves it. Feels real smooth when I tow. I like it better than PP. But I would use MAX-LIFE for an older engine.
