What's The Cheapest Steak You'd Eat

When I went to the store yesterday there wasn't a whole lot of Steak left so I saw that the Boneless Chuck Steak was only $5 lb so I bought a couple . I normally get a higher grade like t-bone or NY strip . What is the cheapest cuts of meat you'd eat ?

Anything that is consumable. Gristle that I can't chew past is not consumable. Seasoning does wonders for cheap steak. My preference is Cavender's.

Chuck Eye steaks can be wonderful, if cut correctly they are tender.

I have eaten a fair amount of boness chuck steak. Turn it into swiss steak recipe. Also have a baked in foil chuck steak recipe with potatoes & carrots in a cream of mushroom sauce that is made while it is cooked in the oven.

The ribeye steaks at Aldi have become one of my favorites. Grill them with a hard sear, and the move them over to unheated side of grill and let them heat rest with other side of grill turned up to highest temp for 10 minutes. They come out perrrrfect.

Chuck eyes are very underrated. If cut correctly they are an excellent value

How hungry am I and what's available? Give me a good knife and I will attack a round steak if that's all I can get. Chuck steak is very good and I may buy it voluntarily.

I always pass on Select it should all go in the grinder
