I've got all sorts of stuff there, as I have no specific regime, taking some stuff seasonally, and as I eat, works, and sauna differnently. In nature, we don't eat a "balanced diet", or meat and three veg every night, so I don't have a same thing everyday, so give the body a rest on things between)
D, C, Zn, and Mg are fairly regular (plus I get a LOAD of sun). Have a copper water flask next to our bed.
Multivitamin once a week or so.
B group. Complex, and a couple of specifics depending - flushing niacin powder in the sauna every now and then)...couple times a week for B, depending how stressed work is.
A and E, not very often, couple times a month. K2 to complement the D sometimes.
