What health supplements do you take?

Trenbolone? We talking about PEDs now?
Some people consider them supplements! I remember watching the 1988 Olympics as a 12-year-old when in an interview a reporter asked sprinter Ben Johnson if he was doping. Johnson smirkingly said he was taking 'good vitamins.' shortly after he was disqualified for having tested positive for two steroids.

Only Liquid Vitamin D. No way, over 63, this far north can I get/make enough Vitamin D without eating seals. Fine in the summer with shorts and t-shirts, but no way in the winter. Greens and other sources are fine, but orange flavored D drops are just too easy. Every other day is fine.

EDIT: Everyone should get their D levels checked, especially if over 50-60 or so. It's really is the only vitamin I have ever taken that I can feel. Mood, energy, general well being. If you have taken pills and nothing changes, try the liquid drops. For many, the pills just are excreted or not absorbed, but for whatever reason don't work, and won't raise D levels. A couple drops (depending on concentration/dosage) of some food (a bit oily food is best) in the AM is best (at night it can and will disturb sleep)
Also, it's important to note that vitamin D3 is NOT really a vitamin. It is a cholesterol-derived hormone just like all the sex hormones, cortisol, aldosterone, etc. It was mislabelled back in the day but like many hormones, it affects just about everything. Yes, many people are deficient too.

lots!!! supplementing depends on YOU, health age etc + your lifestyle + location, yes location as vitamin D aka D-3 is one of the more important as in winter there is NONE to be made in many climates + even in summer the WINDOW for getting it is smaller than many think!! theres the RDA which many pros note as the very minimum then theres optimal, my choice!! nutrition from food is best but today its noted that our nutrient poor foods limit how much you get + its absorption, fats are needed to absorb A,D,E, +K + most plant nutrients are POORLY absorbed according to many sources!! then theres antinutrients in grains etc, so lots to learn as well as many choices! since getting into supplements i NEVER even get a cold + of course retirement helps allowing plenty of good rest + sleep + little stress!!

I would eat more veggies but "they" spray all that nasty stuff on them to keep them bug free.
- and I find them bitter with bad mouth feel.

I was eating grilled chicken or steak Fajitas at the end of the Mexican Food craze.
got some peppers and onions there. But no fibrous green leafys

I am sad mad and angry that the "restaurant quality" Lawry's Fajita marinade disappeared over a decade ago.
You could "grill" up some wicked chicken fajitas at home in that old iron WOK.

If your taking D3 need to take K2 with it .K2 keeps the calcium out of your soft tissue, aka heart ,arteries kidneys etc and makes sure its in your bones and teeth etc were it belongs. K2 is also very good for your heart.Read up on it

Don’t you need magnesium along with k2?
Actually I do, but not every day about twice a week.

5000 iu D3 + K2 for me. I had been taking 3000 iu of D3 for over a year when I got my blood level checked - it was OK but not where I wanted it (shooting for 50-70, mine was @ 43 and that was in September with moderate sun exposure).

Recently been feeling sub-optimal let's say, so I've added Black Cumin seed oil 2x daily.

Liquid drops or pills?

I keep hearing these commercials on talk radio called Balance of Nature and Texas Superfoods.

Anyone here use these?

Those kinds of supplements have been around for years and decades. It’s always better to incorporate the real thing in your diet. Now that comes with caution especially with the latest bagged salad recall for listeria.
