CVS brand Whole Foods muli-vitamin for men
CVS fish oil for Omega-3
Biotin for my hair loss
Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar tablets for lowering cholesterol and general health. I don’t like taking the liquid and glad to find this alternative.

About 2-3 weeks into this regimen, I started have more energy and not feeling as sluggish as before. I’m on my second month.

What are you taking and purpose?

600 mg Vitamin C with Zinc
Kirkland 50+ men’s multivitamin
5000 iu Vitamin D3
1000 mg Omega 3
1200 mcg B12
500 mg magnesium
25 mg Lutein
1000 mg Lysine

Vitamins C and D supplements and a multi.
Vitamin D is supposed to be good for resistance to respiratory infections as is Vitamin C.
Too bad that the strains of Covid and Flu that we have had didn't know that.

Low Vit D, so a supplement, w/ K2.
On Statins, so CoQ10, about every other day.
C, just to help healing
B complex, to prevent Parkinson's and help nerve growth, but not every day either.

None of these are taken on a strictly daily basis, just as needed.

collagen (hair, skin);
Nature Made "Super Complex" all-in-one (immunity): B12 + Zinc + Copper;
Krill oil (anti-inflammation/heart);
Lutein (eyes).
Vitamin D (>10000 IU, cloudy winters. that's the mega-dose you're supposed to take if you want to replicate the studies)
plus whatever random thing I try cuz it was on sale.

Do they work? Dunno. I haven't caught the vanilla flu since a very mild case of Covid (i forget/too lazy to get flu-immunized every year, lol). Not on any statin. Blood pressure low, cholesterol low.

D3 125mcg(5000iu) w/K2 100mcg - Sports Research
Zinc Picolinate 30mg - Sports Research
CoQ10 100mg - Qunol
Fish Oil 1250mg 1040mg Omega-3 - Sports Research
LJ100 200mg - Nutrabio
Fadogia Agrestis 600mg - Double Wood

Most everything you read says that none of these supplements are needed with a healthy diet, unless you are actually deficient. It is a $59,500,000,000 market in the US. Sort of like oil additives! Everyone always is looking for an edge.

My daily regiment is: Centrum 50+ mens multi vitamin , two OsteoBiflex , two D3 (2000 iu), vitamin C 500mg extended release, selenium 200mg , zinc 50mg , tumeric curcumin complex 2000 mg , two magnesium glycinate 200 mg , lutein 20 mg , time released B-complex , milk thistle , flaxseed oil capsules , chromium, COQ10 100mg and vitamin K. I don't take them all at once. I have a morning group and a late afternoon group. I wash it down with a beet powder drink.

I have tinnitus. So I take a ginko biloba capsule when it gets bad.

Only one, Vit, D3 2000IU. And that only because ortho recommended after pre hip replacement blood work showed low. Just stuck with it afterwards.
