In addition to the few supplements I take, I incorporate the following into my diet:
inulin (prebiotic for intestinal health)
turmeric (anti-inflammatory - I use the spice and the root)
nuts and seeds (contain ALA, an antioxidant we get in small quantities from various foods but not enough to increase the level of free ALA)
oat bran, dates, and /or figs
I eat one whole lemon every morning (complete Vitamin C complex)
I drink a couple tablespoons EVOO mixed with an equal amount of ACV mixed into a green smoothie every day.
I eat nutritional yeast and Vegemite regularly (A few times per week for Vitamin B)
I have natto every other day or so
I snack on seaweed
I also take spirulina every day. I should have listed it as a supplement, but I chew it and eat it like a snack.
What I avoid: Alcohol and Trenbolone sandwiches. I have maybe one beer a week and one bottle of red wine over the course of two weeks. I do sip rum occasionally, maybe once a month. I have cut down on red meat. I'm shooting for red meat only once a week but usually I have it twice a week. If I have to drink socially related to my job it's a beer or a glass of wine. Trying to avoid stress. I have gotten pretty good at it. I also avoid being physically inactive. If I have nothing to do I will find something to do.
