What health supplements do you take?

My eating habits lack fruits and veggies so I use vitamins to make up the difference.
Only thing is they probably don't. There may be (probably are) things in real fruit and vegetables that aren't being replaced by any multi-vitamin. The fiber in the real thing helps prevent bowel cancer. And their slow digestion helps in glucose metabolism (ie helps in Type 2 diabetes prevention). And their bulk makes you feel full so you don't eat too much, which keeps your weight in check - over a lifetime.

So eat fruit and vegetables instead.

No pycnogenol? You can get a beneficial quantity from grapes, nuts, cocoa or cacao, and apples.

None at the moment. I have in the past.

Mom was/is a health nut when I was growing up, wife is also a health nut and I eat a Mediterranean diet.

I do eat a small handful of Brazil nuts everyday for the selenium. I need to think about vitamin D however.
You are a daddy now ,take extra good care of your self !!

D3 + eat fresh veggies and fruit every day. A few times a week I'll make fresh juice. A current favorite is organic spinach-apple, but other veggie juices are enjoyed as well. I minimize intake of red meat, although tonight I'll be making a meat sauce for spaghetti.

I will consider adding powerful pycnogenol to my regimen. It is quite an antioxidant. Heart health is a major concern. A lot of pathways are covered with my array. Looking at your supplements, you have the important stuff covered. Many ignore enzymes and your bromelian, papain helps with absorption. And I do comsume cacao and nuts. You can make a wonderful pudding out of yogurt, cacao and monk fruit powder.

This is one of the best answers so far. Kudos to your mother and wife.

I agree with taking supplemental Vitamin D. It's the only required vitamin (usually) not available in adequate amounts from a good diet or a natural source. You could get Vitamin D by tanning but that carries other dangers (skin cancer mostly), so it's better not to. I take 2,000 IU of Vitamin D3/day.

Pregnant women also need supplemental Iron and Folic Acid.

I agree in concept, but I think trying to do something is better than nothing at all for those of us who aren't good at sticking to the right things on a regular basis.

I like the Alive! men's gummy multivitamins which are supposedly made from fruits and vegetables. I also take a fiber gummy supplement. Sometimes I also use Bountiful Beets, one of those beet crystal drink mixes and that stuff makes me feel pretty good, way better than an energy drink. My diet is not great and nor is my discipline, but I think doing something helps if it's actually nutritional.

Vitamins
Fish oil
Joint Supplement
Apple cider vinegar pill
Animal Nutrition aminos

That's most of what I have taken for awhile now.
Exercise and proper diet is the best 👍

I throw weights around at the gym and do cardio at least 4 times a week.

In addition to the few supplements I take, I incorporate the following into my diet:

inulin (prebiotic for intestinal health)
turmeric (anti-inflammatory - I use the spice and the root)
nuts and seeds (contain ALA, an antioxidant we get in small quantities from various foods but not enough to increase the level of free ALA)
oat bran, dates, and /or figs
I eat one whole lemon every morning (complete Vitamin C complex)
I drink a couple tablespoons EVOO mixed with an equal amount of ACV mixed into a green smoothie every day.
I eat nutritional yeast and Vegemite regularly (A few times per week for Vitamin B)
I have natto every other day or so
I snack on seaweed
I also take spirulina every day. I should have listed it as a supplement, but I chew it and eat it like a snack.

What I avoid: Alcohol and Trenbolone sandwiches. I have maybe one beer a week and one bottle of red wine over the course of two weeks. I do sip rum occasionally, maybe once a month. I have cut down on red meat. I'm shooting for red meat only once a week but usually I have it twice a week. If I have to drink socially related to my job it's a beer or a glass of wine. Trying to avoid stress. I have gotten pretty good at it. I also avoid being physically inactive. If I have nothing to do I will find something to do.
