What are your "budget oils"

Chevron Supreme or Havoline Supreme (they may be the exact same oil, not 100% sure). Always cheap and never let me down. Shell would be my second option.

budget for me has to be mobil 1 0w40 for my cali. the sump is 5 quarts exact with a filter change, so $22 for decent fluids for a decently powered turbo car is where its at.

I think the term "budget oil" is misleading. Any kind of API SN oil should be wonderfully good. The only question is of grade, and perhaps concerns of oil composition for various reasons.

That said, my "budget" oil is whatever Supertech oil is around, and my name brand preference oils I tend to look online.

Aside from that deal, right now, Walmart Canada's regular price on PP is lower than that for QSUD, so which is really the budget oil?

now they have National oil which I would say is on par with it.

Supertech.
