Guacamole. No pictures. I don't want to upset anyone's stomach. I've been lucky lately. I've learned to select avacodos that are ready to eat instead of overripe. However, sometimes the markets (all of them, from low-end Kroeger and to high-end Whole Foods) freeze the avocados somewhere during the shipping-storage process, which pretty much ruins them. Today, things did not work out.
