What are you eating right now?

The ingredients list malitol, sucralose and isomalt. The nutritional panel also says 0.2g of sorbitol.
I only ate one, not because of the carbs but because I didn’t want to risk exploding my guts.
Malitol has a bad reputation for causing acute, rapid gastric elimination, to put it politely. Everyone's tolerance is different, too

So far no gut explosions, but that’s why I only had the one. It’s why I don’t usually buy protein bars, they’re either full of carbs or malitol. Plus I like the taste of biltong much better for a protein snack.

@GSCJR Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil 100% California "Robust Flavor"

This is a well-made olive oil. Very buttery, and I could not detect any bitterness. It cooks differently, too. More like cooking with butter.

I haven't made up my mind about it yet. I never thought that I would say this, but it may be too buttery. I probably should try it out a few more times. It might make an awesome vinaigrette with some fish lemon juice or a good balsamic vinegar.

What olive oils do you recommend?
