What are you eating right now?

Not understanding how they grill better than a Ribeye or any other cot of steak for that matter.
The fat on a ribeye flares on a natural gas grill. My natural gas grill can get over 900 degrees , the ribeye fat starts the natural gas grill in fire.

The steaks I am cooking, both the ribeye and prime sirloin are over three inches thick.

Ha-ha, indeed. Packets of "Sloppy Joe Spice" can be found next to those for gravies, salad dressing and rubs.
S.J. spice comes complete with thickeners and desiccated tomato.

We also have "Just Add Water" gravlax sauce for lazy Swedes! (I mean lazy Swedish Americans)
Those packets are a poor substitute for the real deal. This is a recipe I like and use. I do add some sauteed onions while I cook the meat.

I will look next time I'm at Costco. I picked up some nice steaks at the WM Neighborhood Market the other night. I tried the USDA Choice Angus Beef that are vacuum sealed for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised (Rib eye and NY Strip).

Sweet, I once made the mistake of asking for iced tea in Memphis and didn’t specify sweet tea and it was gross. We really don’t have unsweetened iced tea very much up here. Any restaurant here if you say iced tea it will be sweetened
Is you ice tea sweetened with maple syrup?

I made kind of an Indian style Shakshuka for lunch... Eggs poached in a Masala style onion gravy with veggies (tomato, onion, yellow peppers and spring salad mix) and thickened with coconut and almond flour. Spiced with lots of different things like an Indian grocery garam masala spice mix, cardamon, mace, cumin, fenugreek, cloves, chili powder, tumeric, and curry powder mix. I made a huge batch of the gravy a while ago and froze portions so this was pretty quick and easy.
