Layed back Sunday brunch... Frittata with ham, potato, spinach and a variety of cheeses. Avocado on top for extra decadence. ;)

Served with faux Americano's I made with a big moka pot I recently bought at a rummage sale.

Cleaned out dad’s pantry. So, some home canned beets, some stuffed banana peppers and some chili beans spicy drained and washed with Jasmin rice. Long weekend at late dad’s place.

I have box full of canned goods some store bought and some we canned. Think I pulled something in back loading some stuff up for me and mom and the food bank.
