What are you eating right now?

End the week off right that EVOO so good on the eggs.

Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and avocado. Peets coffee and ice water. Heading home today, then to Punxsutawney PA to get dad’s truck.

Are you a vegetarian?
No. I didn't mean to imply I was going to hunt for more meat for my dog but that I would have to hunt for meat for myself because the dog ate all my meat. The cats left me two eggs and those are in the mix. My wife had finished the chicken. :ROFLMAO:

I got more chicken in. Dad will have to get another rooster if he wants to keep up with supplying my household with poultry. I don't think he wants to be a chicken rancher in his retirement.

My usual bow but on a plate and the butterflied breast in one piece rather than cut up. I refuse to spend more than 10 minutes on meal prep and cooking per meal on most days. 5 minutes for my early morning bite. 10 minutes for my first meal and 10 minutes for my second meal. Less than 30 minutes spent on prep and cooking in total per day is pretty good, I think.

With that attitude, you're just 4 minutes away from a Happy Meal, LOL.

I just made stir fried pork and veggies with noodles. It's not nice. I used Safeway brand wheat free spaghetti in deference to my daughter's wheat allergy (hives) and the whole dish is over powered by the taste of corn meal plus a little too much Shaoxing cooking wine.

So I ate really big tonight! We had the teriyaki chicken and broccoli that I ate the entire dish of and then I went on to eat lo mein, the cashier accidentally gave us somebody else's order because there was Sushi inside so I ate all that, and then I couldn't keep my tapeworm fed and I went back and rummaged through 3/4 of a serving of sweet and sour chicken medley. I can honestly say I don't think I've eaten that much in a long time.

I ate worse than my cats tonight. Gotta cut ten pounds so I don't have to feel bad about beating up my friend in 10 days. I don't think I can get below 190 lbs without doing a water cut. I hate having to do that.
