What are you eating right now?

I ate worse than my cats tonight. Gotta cut ten pounds so I don't have to feel bad about beating up my friend in 10 days. I don't think I can get below 190 lbs without doing water cut. I hate having to do that.

I’m going to have to eat that too since I pigged out on my trip and need to cut weight.

Yea yea i know it's the same but you know what it keeps me consistent no yo yo dieting for me all the talk of weight made me check yep same as as two years ago.

If that's addressed at me because of what I posted I'm certainly not yo-yo dieting.

I do adjust my body weight twice a year because a wetsuit only goes so far. From November till May I simply require more body fat for insulation.

I would normally be gaining some weight around now but this year I have to actually cut a little because I'm going to compete fairly with my friend from high school in a little competition we have about every three years. Losing weight is easier for me than gaining weight is for him. We may be able to meet in the middle.

Entemann's donuts: I haven't had these in more than a decade. They were somewhat of a staple in our home when I was a kid. I didn't know they were still in business. They're not as tasty or texturally satisfying as I recall, and they weren't that great when I was 13 years old, either. But there they were, on an end display in the market this morning, and I just had to try 'em. I'm cool for another decade ...

Wasn't directed at a particular person just at fad diets in general. Going on the in diet dropping 20 40 50 whatever pounds get bored and all comes back on till I can try the newest in diet.
In the case of yourself moving up and down a few pounds in and out of athlete's season is completely different. I myself dictate by workout but at 51 years old I don't do bulking and cutting as I believe you seriously are not gonna pack on a ton of muscle without gear so my number to live comfortable is about what I posted. Training on the indoor trainer is more taxing in general as that is what it's for Training and pushing so I'm not necessarily in and out of a season so I stay steady.

Agreed on losing weight by dieting just to gain in back because because diets don't work in the long run.

Gaining muscle does get harder with age and also because you max out naturally unless you resort to pancakes and gear with disregard to the long-term consequences. I haven't been concerned with gaining but rather with naintaing muscle mass, strength, and flexibility. And I'm glad I'm not having to or even wanting to gain muscle as it's tedious and time-consuming. I'm essentially lazy and don't like putting more time into targeted exercise than necessary. I prefer the actual sporting activities. As long as I can keep up with much younger people I'm happy.

I hope I won't turn into a stooped-over, weak, old, man for a long time. My grandpa was still walking tall at over 90. He only ever did calisthenics and horseback riding. Never ran more than he had to or so he claimed. I saw him running after the ladies, though. Or were they running away from him?

Add in Bordier French Butter on Close out no less at King Soopers/Krogers for $4 I'm supper happy. Bordier French Butter is normally between $26-40/pound.
