Looks good GON! I assume that is butter on top of the tails in the oven? Just never saw butter shaped like cheese sticks.
But then again, I live in Iowa. :)
Yes, unsalted butter. Makes the cooking so very easy. The key is to deshell, and put a kabob stick through the meat, or the lobster may curl during the short cooking time.

Thanks, figured you were not putting cheese sticks on the lobster.;)

Where do you get butter shaped like that? Put in molds and make it yourself?

Just cut a stick. Easy peasy. I know you Iowa farm boys don't understand, as you churn your own butter.

Love it!(y)(y)(y)

Believe it or not, one year in grade school, we actually DID churn butter! It was good stuff on fresh rolls.:)
They never did teach us how to butcher a chicken, though in school.

The butter looked too rounded to be cut. Probably the ends starting to melt.

Does that mean you churn it like butter? ;) :ROFLMAO:

Pork roast in the crock pot for 12 hours + kraut + mashed potatoes + applesauce + dinner rolls + broc/mixed veg.
I didnt make that menu just prepared it.

Piece of frosted new years pretzel after that settles.
Ask GON about butter; he’s never made bitter. We did as kids on the farm.

I'm having Cornish pasties. Stroganoff-style pepperd filet with creamy mushrooms and onion gravy. And a Black Forest and brie one. No picture now because to much of a PITA while on the road. Pictures in a few days in the Roadside Food thread.
