Whipped up some steak filets on the gas grill for my wife and did up some chicken quarters for the kids and I. They got a light coat of pam, sea salt, pepper and Traeger chicken/pork rub. 350 then finished at 375F with a light baste of Bullseye bbq sauce. Unreal.

This place is like Ten Little Indians. I'm afraid to turn my back or to turn the light off. Catnaps only with loaded sixgun under the pillow.
