Whipped up some steak filets on the gas grill for my wife and did up some chicken quarters for the kids and I. They got a light coat of pam, sea salt, pepper and Traeger chicken/pork rub. 350 then finished at 375F with a light baste of Bullseye bbq sauce. Unreal.

In the late afternoon, I was a little hungry and I listened to my body. I had some Mediterranean-style eggplant with onions in olive oil, a slice of bread with Swiss, and half of an avo. The camera crisis has ended.

Ok, well TBH not "right now" but last night, the best sandwich in the world.

Cellone's hard roll (A Pittsburgh company} 1st. lightly toasted, then put back in toaster oven. with Provolone and Swiss cheese on the top, and off the bone ham, sandwich pepperoni, and hard salami on the bottom, baked open face for about another 3 minuets. Then a small bit of Italian dressing spritzed on while eating it!​

Did get a vacuum sealed bacon wrapped filet mignon out of the freezer for tomorrow.
