What are you eating right now?

With all the food being consumed on an hourly basis, I thought everyone was training for Sumo wrestling. 😄
 
Cute little Mexican restaurant in Lakewood, WA. Meal is nice, but lacks any flavor/seasoning. Overall, just simply bland.

This morning on an empty stomach. That's 96 kg. I'm 6'2" and not the most delicate flower. I can get away with carrying 225 lbs without looking exceedingly fluffy. Shooting for 200 lbs now. Will post progress pictures every few days.



Chicken, mushrooms, onions, wild rice (an ounce and not a pound), a little pico de gallo, a slice of cabbage, and two eggs.

By the way, lycopene activates the AMPK pathway which in turn downregulates lipogenesis (the transformation of caloric excess into body fat), especially in brown adipose tissue. Brown fat is primarily used for up-regulating the body temperature when needed. So eating tomatoes followed by an ice bath may be a legitimate approach. Brrrr!
 
All I had this afternoon was a good-sized carrot. And now I'm having a cup of low-sodium V8 with wheat germ and flax seed meal that I will stir in. Dinner is still coming.

Some Jarlsberg cheese
One small avocado with bring back olive oil
One can of albacore in EVOO sprinkled with bring back oregano and KCl
One date and a shooter of half and half mixed with goat milk kefir

Glasses of K/Mg citrate water

When I lived on the farm, we had sheep and goats to keep down the weeds.
Had a nanny with extra milk and tried it, did not like. Been many years ago.
But then again, when wife had our first child, I sampled that milk as well. Another dislike!;)

Goat milk kefir is not too goaty. But yeah strong goatiness is not my thing either- mixed with half and half the taste is awesome. Kinda sharp from the fermentation, kind bubbly, a tiny bit sweet and and rich like a king. With that single date, very satisfying while almost no carbs at lunch. I'm full.

The wife isn't home and she left a batch of some magic cookies cooling on the counter to ship to daughter #1 in Alaska. There was no urge to purloin.
