Eggs in double EVOO

I had some steaks marinating (soya sauce and steak spice) that went on the Traeger last night. 450F until medium and then a rest. No reverse seared as I tried a bit more heat on the grill. As always, no disappointment as they were perfect.

I also did baked potatoes and mixed veggies. All from the garden. I forgot the variety but they are a decent sized golden potato with thin skin. Used carrots, shelled peas and celery. Lots of great flavor.

No pictures as an old friend popped by for a coffee and I rather visit then be on the phone.

Friday it sounds like I will have to get some ribs done.
 
Wife cooked it up. Just gross. And NO healthier.

Skinny woman thinks any animal meat is bad and chicken is healthier.

For sure, physical law of the universe: "There are no such thing as good bacon or sausages made with poultry"
I've had some sausage made from leg and thigh meat that I really enjoyed. Just as juicy and unctuous as pork🐷
I get your point though...

Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 . Chinese leftovers after this because I won’t be filled up. This is good. I almost had a fit though because they were out of Baja Blast and tried to substitute the zero sugar one and I noticed so I had to trade it out for root beer. Didn’t want to waste time stopping at the store to get a Baja Blast because I can’t miss too much of the baseball game.
