I didn't! I ate it as-is. Was some fine Angus (?) Beef from Wal-Mart.. throw it on the bun as seen and it's a delicious little snack! I had two!

Made some egg drop soup since everyone was talking about Chinese food.

Eggs from one of the wife’s coworker’s chickens, turkey broth we canned from a turkey I got during spring turkey season and some cheap bagged egg noodles to even it out.
