Looks like Kerpie mayo ... ?I made a snack. Pan-fried nagaimo, Chinese mountain yam, in butter and soy sauce, topped with mayo, seaweed and fish flakes.
That's it. Kewpie. Made with egg yolks rather than with whole eggs. I rarely eat mayo because I tend to not care for its taste but there are exceptions. I eat mustardnaise more often.

My laziness shows. Salmon topped with an herb crust and Yukon gold potatoes. Just shove it in the oven and wait till it's done. It doesn't get any more lazy. The herb crust was made with bran instead of breadcrumbs, butter, lemon juice, and herbs. The paprika on the potatoes is the Hungarian kind. which I prefer by a large margin on and in everything from eggs to stews.

I made Japanese-style curry for lunch. I was about to slide those two fried eggs perfectly out of the pan when Tigger decided to enthusiastically use my right leg as a scratching post. I was in shorts at the time. The eggs crashlanded and my closest neighbor one eight of a mile away is wondering whether that blood-curling scream means murder or a wood chopping accident. Bad pussy!
