The addition of celery (chopped, I'm guessing?) is interesting. I'll have to try that. I normally add finely chopped radish, pickles, and serrano pepper.Tuna spread.
Pole caught wild albacore tuna from American Tuna company in Oregon I purchased online (best tuna in my opinion).
With finely chopped onion, 2 hard boiled eggs, celery, dijon mustard and mayo, spread on freshly baked ciabatta roll from local bakery.
Mouth watering delicious stuff.
