Tuna spread.
Pole caught wild albacore tuna from American Tuna company in Oregon I purchased online (best tuna in my opinion).
With finely chopped onion, 2 hard boiled eggs, celery, dijon mustard and mayo, spread on freshly baked ciabatta roll from local bakery.
Mouth watering delicious stuff.

More chicken, mayo, horseradish with coleslaw mixed together. Big shout out to #18FAN for influencing me on this.

Lunch I had steamed cauliflower and broccoli with olive oil and some bacon bits in it. I am weird or “different” I know

The addition of celery (chopped, I'm guessing?) is interesting. I'll have to try that. I normally add finely chopped radish, pickles, and serrano pepper.
