I got nothing against tofu but soy has its limits. Great combo though


I’m not Mr perfect above and can only tolerate so much BS which is why I love tofu. Been having tofu, mixed with kipper snacks and hard boiled eggs breakfast for a while now. It works so that’s all that matters; not eating a feast like some folks do same day over and over.
 
Leftover dry rub, then marinated chicken, steak, steamed carrots, edamame and broccoli. Few thick slices of extra firm local dairy made tofu I picked up on way back from filling the Yukon up with E-85
