Just got weak in the knees! Mama mia.....
I may never buy mayonnaise again. I was making cold slaw tonight and realized that we were out of mayo. I found this recipe and a few minutes later, presto! Using an immersion blender makes it so easy.

My three were
PINEAPPLE (hahahaha), carnitas, jalapeno, - NO TOMATO sauce -It was tasty but too juicy for me
Double smoked bacon and potato - delicious
Spicy sausage and spicy pepperoni - double delicious
Wifey had tater one and cheese pizza
