Chipped beef gravy over toast. You can’t beat that lol. It’s not the Chinese food that I wanted but dad isn’t home and mom can’t see good at night so we wanted something we could get at the store. While I enjoy this with some egg nog and apple cider (separately not mixed lol) I’m watching the Phillies @ Padres game. Let’s go San Diego. For the ALCS it’s Yankees vs Astros let’s go Astros. I’d love to see the Padres vs Astros. I won’t be upset if the Phillies go. As long as the Yankees don’t win the World Series lol.

It's 7am in Bangkok, breakfast today.

On a weird note, my luggage is missing and not even showing anywhere in the Cathay Pacific system. Thankfully I packed a extra pair of socks, shorts, and t shirt in my computer bag. Had to buy a pollo shirt yesterday, even at 70 percent off the cheap golf shirt was over $50 usd.

Try the blue cheese on a croissant with marmalade. Had this in Hong Kong

Never been to Thailand cool they have nearly the same breakfast (euro) as HK hotels

What is the jam with seeds?
Passion fruit and mango jam. I enjoy both passion fruit and mango, so thought to try it. It was delicious.

Going to give my luggage to have some kind of positive status that it was located by noon Thailand time today. If not, off to the suit makers in Thailand. I will be a crying boy if I have to buy clothes in Thailand. I imagine 17 days worth of clothes will cost well over 3k usd here. And clothes I likely will.bever ever wear again.

No finishing shots but the ribs turned out well. So.... I realized I bought side ribs so some were less desirable.

1.5 hours at 220F on the Traeger, then tin foil wrap with some water and brown sugar. I should have used some lemon juice though. Then another 1.5 hours at 225F in the oven or until the fat is rendering out. Finished with Bullseye on the gas grill.

My wife and youngest are not rib fans at all and they loved them. They had good smoke and still very juicy. Just could have used that tang that juice gives.

This with some cut up whole tomatoes( friend canned them) onions, sweet peppers, mixed vegetables and some baby Del Monte whole potatoes drained. Along with real tomato juice, pepper, bay leaf and a ribeye steak. Downright delicious

This is one package of soup “bones” by the way
