Groundhog day, except the salmon is orange marinade instead of smoked. I am not a fan of salmon but eating it to be healthy.

Breakfast was the only meal I ate yesterday. Body is still in conus time. I think drinking water may be curbing my appetite.

Wife's kaprow. I eat Thai for lunch every day that I'm not in the office.
Not by choice; wife person/domestic boss/true love makes me do it.

@GON, the next time I make a big batch of sauce, I'll send you a jar. I'll let you know and you can PM me with your address. I only make my full-on sauce once or twice a year as it's a time-consuming process. Generally, I make a simpler (but similar) sauce in a smaller quantity.

I've never really been into photographing what I eat, although I have done so on occasion.
